U13/15 Girls & Boys School Games Handball Final Highlights!

On Thursday, 20th March, the first leg of the Super-Series Handball Finals took place at Crown Hills Community College.
The event brought much competitive spirit along with it and and lots of action! However it was Priory Belvoir Academy that took the victory for the U13 boys, after a nail-biting few rounds. With Hinckley Academy taking the win for the U15's.
Hamilton Academy and Priory Belvoir Academy also won the Spirit of the Games Award for demonstrating the School Games values; passion, self-belief, respect, honesty, teamwork and determination.

On Wednesday 27th March, it was the turn of the girls, and yet again there were some high-energy and action packed games, with each team bringing some great play and sportsmanship along with them.
It was great evening for Priory Belvoir Academy who scored victories in both the U13 and U15 competitions, and St Martin's Voluntary Academy who came claimed second in both competitions. In third for the U13's was Sir Jonathon North Community College and for the U15's Soar Valley College.
Loughborough High School were the Spirit of the Games Award winners for demonstrating the School Games values; passion, self-belief, respect, honesty, teamwork and determination.
