I suppose trying to compete at such a high level always sets yourself up for disappointments and this season has been full of them for varying reasons. Given continued health issues I have decided sadly to end of mountain bike season early and concentrate on getting myself back in good shape - body and mind.
This last few years have been tough on both body and mind and I suppose you take the highs and lows together so with this in mind and I am going to reset, fix myself and aim high for the new season ahead.
