Carrying on from my last post I have been able to do a little more and more training. The glandular fever has been persistent for me and at times this has taken me back off my bike for up to 2 weeks whilst I have gotten over tonsillitis etc... but then when I am back training I am definitely getting stronger and able to do more miles and intensity. Just had another blip this week with the unwanted dreaded Covid but I am looking forward to some big miles and training blocks over Easter and possibly a trip to warmer climates to get the miles in. Thanks for the support.
