July, 2020
The sunshine was out for a little while but it's unfortunately gone back to miserable rainy England! Even though the weather is pretty poor at the minute, I made the most of the sunshine last week and rode to the coast!
My dad and I did the full 102 miles on our road bikes and my brother did the 50, all finished with a sunny beach walk with my family and some good old fish and chips.
I have also been doing a lot of running through lockdown to get ready for the upcoming Cyclocross season in October and have been improving every week with new PB's almost every run!
None of this would have been possible without your help, I hope everyone is staying safe and getting back into the swing of some things again and maybe getting used to the new normal thanks, Libby
